This house has been in the family for nearly 40yrs. Grandma Beheimer moved down after her last child turned 18 and never looked back. We've been coming down here for vacation all my life until the family moved in permanently 3yrs ago. Grandma passed away in November before Thanksgiving.

We're in debt, the bills are piling up (many aren't being paid), the house needs a lot of work (electricity is all fouled up, the roof needs repairs, the windows need new screens), there is no privacy in the house (I sleep on a mattress on the floor in the back room while my sister sleeps on the couch in the kitchen/computer room with our parents in the middle room), it's always an oven unless the a/c is on or its in the 70s and windy, and the driveway looks like it was recently shelled by the military.

Honestly, I am for selling the house and moving elsewhere in Florida. This house is killing us and there's no point in staying. Mom said something about moving into a townhouse or nice apartment. It may be $1,200 a month but with my sister and I helping with rent, we could afford it. We thought about moving near her work in Kenneth City. It would be a long drive to get my sister and I to work, but we could manage. We'd probably look for closer employment (that hopefully pays better and isn't so blah).

I'm excited, although I sit with a -_- face due to fatigue. I hope we do move. I'll definitely harass John from Career Resources more now that there's promise of a better place to live in a different area.
